Many of our strongest customer relationships started with a prototype request. Engineering wanted to validate a design, procurement wanted to test a new supplier, or operations needed a small run to prove the process before committing to volume. We take prototype work seriously because we know what it represents.
Our prototype process includes review of your design for manufacturability, quotation based on your geometry and materials, first article production with full dimensional verification, and documentation that supports your qualification process. When the prototype is approved, transitioning to production is clean and controlled.
For production runs, we build consistent, repeatable processes with documented setups, in-process inspection checkpoints, and packaging and labeling that supports your receiving and inventory processes.
