Artec Metal Works

Our Capabilities

Everything your fabrication program needs — under one roof.

Laser cutting, forming, welding, assembly, and secondary operations. We handle the full fabrication workflow so you're not managing five vendors to build one part.

Core Capabilities

What we fabricate.

Each capability is backed by proper equipment, documented processes, and experienced operators. Not a service list — a real shop floor.

01

CNC Laser Cutting

Tight tolerances. Clean edges. Consistent results across every run.

Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and specialty alloys
Gauge ranges from light sheet to heavy plate
Tight dimensional tolerances

02

Press Brake Forming

Precise bends. Consistent angles. Parts that fit the first time.

CNC-controlled press brake with programmable back gauging
Simple to complex multi-break profiles
Material springback compensation

03

Welding & Fabrication

Strong joints. Clean welds. Assemblies built to spec and built to last.

MIG welding (GMAW) for structural and production welding
TIG welding (GTAW) for cosmetic and precision joints
Aluminum, steel, and stainless welding

05

Machining

Complementary machining to support your fabrication requirements.

Drilling and tapping (through hole, blind hole, threaded inserts)
Countersink and counterbore operations
Milling of fabricated components

06

Secondary Operations

The details that take a fabricated part to a finished part.

Deburring and edge breaking
Grinding and weld blending
Punching and notching

Integrated Workflow

From raw material to finished, inspected component.

Most of our work flows through multiple capabilities in sequence. We manage that flow internally so the quality stays consistent from step to step.

A typical fabricated part might start at the laser cutter, move to the press brake for forming, go to welding for assembly, then through deburring and hardware insertion before final inspection and shipping. Managing that flow across multiple vendors introduces quality risk, scheduling complexity, and communication overhead.

When we handle each step in-house, we control the handoffs. We know how the part was cut when it arrives at forming. We know the weld sequence when the part comes through for inspection. That institutional knowledge is what keeps quality consistent across your production runs.

Our Quality Process
01

Material & Setup

Material verification, setup documentation, and DFM review before first cut.

02

Cutting & Forming

Laser cutting to net shape, then press brake forming to your bend requirements.

03

Welding & Assembly

Fixturing, welding, and assembly with in-process dimensional checks.

04

Secondary Operations

Deburring, grinding, hardware insertion, marking, and surface prep.

05

Inspection & Shipping

Final inspection, packaging, and documentation before delivery.

File Formats

Send us your files. We'll handle the rest.

We accept all standard CAD formats. If you have a PDF with dimensions and no CAD file, include it — we can work from it for quoting and will request native files before production.
