Artec Metal Works

Capability — Assembly & Hardware

Assembly & Hardware Insertion

From flat blank to finished assembly — under one roof.

Receiving cut and formed parts is only half the work for many customers. Sourcing hardware, managing insertion operations, and coordinating subassembly steps across multiple vendors adds lead time, logistics overhead, and quality risk. We handle assembly operations in-house so your team receives parts that are further along — and fewer headaches.

Our assembly capabilities include PEM fastener and insert installation (studs, standoffs, nuts, clinch hardware), mechanical assembly of fabricated components, and hardware kitting. We work from your BOM and assembly drawings and deliver consistent results that meet your requirements.

Combined with our fabrication capabilities, this means we can take your design from raw material to a complete fabricated and assembled component — without handoffs to outside vendors for standard assembly work.
