Program Review & Quotation
We review your full part list, drawings, material specs, and volume requirements. We quote the program comprehensively — not just the first order — so you have predictable pricing as volume scales.
First Article & Qualification
Before any production release, we produce first articles with full dimensional documentation. You review and approve. Any adjustments are made before production begins, not discovered in the field.
Process Documentation
Production setups are documented. Material specifications are locked. Inspection plans are defined. These records ensure the 50th order builds the same way as the first.
Production Release & Delivery
Orders are released against the approved setup and process documentation. Parts ship with appropriate packaging and any required documentation. Delivery is on the agreed schedule.
Ongoing Program Management
As your program evolves — design changes, volume shifts, new components — we manage those changes formally. Engineering change control, revised FAIs, updated documentation. The program stays controlled.
