What We Do
Precision fabrication to your exact specifications.
Custom metal fabrication means building metal components and assemblies to your exact design — your geometry, your material, your tolerances, your quantity. It's the opposite of off-the-shelf: every part we make starts from your drawing or model and is fabricated to match it precisely.
We specialize in custom sheet metal fabrication, structural steel fabrication, and precision welded assemblies for B2B customers. Our capabilities include CNC laser cutting, press brake forming, MIG and TIG welding, hardware insertion, and assembly — all under one roof, managed as a single process.
Whether you need a prototype to validate a design, a first article for program qualification, or a recurring production run to feed your assembly line — we handle the full fabrication lifecycle with the documentation and quality controls that serious manufacturing programs require.
From Your Files
DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, SolidWorks — we work from your CAD. No need to reformat or simplify.
To Your Tolerances
We read your drawing, understand your critical features, and fabricate to hit them. Not approximate them.
In Your Material
Mild steel, stainless, aluminum, galvanized, HSLA — we fabricate in the material your application requires.
At Your Volume
1 piece through production volume. Pricing scales appropriately. Process discipline doesn't change.
On Your Schedule
We quote with a realistic lead time and hold it. If something changes, you hear from us first.
Fabrication Capabilities
Every process your custom part needs.
We handle the full fabrication workflow in-house — cutting, forming, welding, and assembly — with quality controls built into every step.
CNC Laser Cutting
Precision profile cutting in steel, aluminum, stainless, and galvanized. Tight tolerances, clean edges, fast turnaround.
Press Brake Forming
Accurate bending for simple and complex profiles. Springback compensation, tight angle tolerances.
Welding & Assembly
MIG and TIG welding for structural weldments, subassemblies, and precision joints. Fixture-controlled dimensions.
Hardware & Assembly
PEM fastener insertion, clinch hardware, mechanical subassembly, and BOM-driven component integration.
Secondary Operations
Deburring, grinding, blending, marking, and finishing preparation as part of every complete program.
Prototype to Production
DFM review, first article inspection, and scalable production volume from a single fabrication partner.
What We Build
Common custom metal parts and assemblies.
Not exhaustive — if it's metal and it needs to be fabricated, send us your drawing and we'll tell you if we can build it.
Common Questions
Custom fabrication FAQ.
What's the minimum order for custom metal parts?
No minimum. We fabricate single prototype pieces through high-volume production runs. Per-unit pricing reflects volume — a single prototype costs more per part than a production run of 500 — but we don't require a minimum order quantity.
How do I submit a custom fabrication project?
Upload your files (DXF, STEP, DWG, IGES, or PDF with dimensions) through our quote request form and describe your project. We review for manufacturability and respond with a detailed quote within 1–3 business days.
Can you fabricate from a sketch or concept?
We can help develop a fabricable design from a concept, but we'll need enough geometric information to produce a part. If you have a rough sketch with key dimensions, we can often work from that to develop proper CAD for quoting.
Do you do design for manufacturability review?
Yes. We review every design before quoting and flag issues that could affect cost, lead time, or quality. Common items: bend radii that exceed tooling capability, tolerance requirements that drive process complexity, geometry that can be simplified without affecting function.
